Tri-Star Soil Inc · Struck against a moving object

On 9/7/05 operator was hauling mud in dump truck when he stalled the engine and drifted back about 30'. His right rear wheels ran up the road berm and the truck upset on its left side. He was wearing his seat belt and suffered a sprained ankle and bruise. He was x-rayed and received an ace bandage.
