VICTIM STEPPED OFF HOUGH 560 LOADER TO INSPECT COAL TO BE LOADED WHEN A PIECE OF SLATE ROLLED OFF LOW WALL AND HIT LOW WALL BURN. A PIECE OF BROKEN SLATE FLEW OVER THE TOP OF BERM AND STRUCK V ICTIM AT MID THIGH LOCATION ON RIGHT LEG CAUSING A BRUISE.
