JEEP DRIVER WAS PUSHING ANOTHER JEEP WITH DEAD BATTERIES WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL PULLED FROM HIS HAND AND WHILE THE WHEELS WERE IN A BIND CAME BACK AROUND AND STRUCK THE TOP PART OF HIS RIGHT HAND.
