THE INJURED EMPLOYEE AND THE TIRE TRUCK OPERATOR WERE CLAMPING A PIECE OF METAL TO THE FRAME OF THE TIRE TRUCK. THE OPERATORS HANDS SLIPPED AND ALLOWED THE METAL TO STRIKE THE EMPLOYEE JACKY HUFF IN THE HEAD. THE LACERATION REQUIRED FIVE STITCHES.
