Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects
EE was tightening tension on conveyor belt using a ratchet wrench and his back went into a spasm, EE experienced extreme pain precluding any further work. EE has been receiving treatment from a specialist for this condition for several months, original onset was not related to any specific work related incident.
