Fisher Construction Aggregates · Fall from machine

EE was assisting with screen replacement on the finish screener. EE stepped onto a spring-support bracket adjacent to the catwalk that resembled a step but was not designed for access, placing EE above guardrail protection. While repositioning, EE lost balance, fell about 10-12 feet, struck a service truck, then the ground, fracturing EE's leg.
