Pebbles Inc · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee twisted back pulling screen keeper--twisted position while pulling was contributing factor. Later in day employee stepped from last step on loader to ground and felt extreme pain. Pre-existing arthritis and stepping down contributed to accident. Immediate chiropractic adjustment and one day of rest relieved condition as it always does and employee returned to duty.

Employee felt R. knee pop stepping from loader. On Mon. It felt as if it gave out on ee. Dr. thinks it might be a torn meniscus. Over the counter medication being taken and to see Dr. again in 2 weeks if not fully recovered.
