Conditions were clear pickup truck engine running (diesel). EE was taking shoring blocks off of jaw crusher. Both men on ground and man on jaw made eye contact and what man on jaw thought verbal also. Man tossed off block and struck other man on the ground in the head, knocking him unconscious. Man on ground had to get stitches and staples in his head.
