Employee was working underneath crusher cone when the gear fell and landed on them. Another employee was on the scene and was able to remove the steel from him. 911 was immediately called. EE was conscious, breathing and could feel their arms but not their legs when loaded into the ambulance. Suspicion of drug use prior to work after finding it in employee's clothes, removed by EMS
