EE was driving a Cat D350E Series II Articulated Dump Truck and hit a bump that caused him to strike his rib cage on the right side arm rest causing contusions and fractured ribs on his right side.

Five stitches in left hand to close a wound caused by the miner' s hand being pinched between a suspended load (crusher basket) and an overhead conveyor.

EE WAS CUTTING OFF A BEARING USING A CUTTING TORCH. A PIECE OF SLAG FELL ON THE HOSES AND BURNED A HOLE. THE EE ATTEMPTED TO KNOCK THE SLAG OFF THE HOSES AND THEY FLASHED CAUSING A BURN TO HIS RT. HAND.
