Employee was stepping from the dredge onto the boat when they lost their balance and rolled an ankle.

Employee smashed EE's finger between a link and a come-a-long chain when setting down a piece of chain link.

Employee slipped when walking down the steps on the plant. The doctors determined on 4/9/2024 that the employee will need surgery, which is scheduled for 4/19/2024.

Employee sprained knee when walking down a ramp on 2/29. EE notified us on 3/4 and went to urgent care and received first aid treatment. Follow-up visit on 3/11 recommended physical therapy.

Fall down stairs

Employee was walking up the steps of our main plant for maintenance to hook up a chain when they slipped and fell. Employee hit their right hand during the fall.

Fueling a piece of equipment & caught self with left hand/forearm & right hand when EE started to fall off the equipment step when reaching for the fuel tank step. Initial doctor's assessment was that it was a left shoulder sprain. Further assessment on 10/11/22 indicated surgery was necessary. EE will work at full capacity up until surgery on 10/18/22.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee tripped on the concrete ground while getting rubber from under the shelves, injuring the right knee. Employee went to Urgent Care for a medical assessment where the physician noted swelling and reduced movement in the injured right knee. Physician approved returning to work the following week with moderate restrictions.
