Worker was cleaning screens at Crusher & lifting rock that is on crusher screens over rail into loader bucket. Worker thought this was an old 2007 injury & WC claim when he went to dr. This incident is currently under review & being treated as an aggravation to a pre-existing injury. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the dr & WC if it's a pre-existing or new injury.
