EE WAS UTILIZING A HACK SAW WHILE CUTTING A METAL BAND ON THE WATER COUPLER WHEN HIS HAND SLIPPED OFF THE SAW CONTACTING THE BAND. CONTACT RESULTED IN LACERATION TO HIS RIGHT HAND WHICH REQUIR ED 3 SUTURES.

A ROCK HIT THE SIDE OF THE PLATFORM AND MADE A LOAUD CRACKING NOISE. HE SAID HIS EARS STARTED RINGING. HE CHOSE NOT TO WEAR EAR PLUGS EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PROVIDED.
