EE WAS ON A ROCK SLIDE, PICKING ROCK. HE WAS STANDING APPROX. 6 TO 7 FEET AWAY FROM THE EXCAVATOR, WAITING FOR THE EXCAVATOR TO STOP SO THAT HE COULD WALK OVER AND HOOK UP A BASKET TO LOAD UP ON THE TRUCK. A ROCK CAUGHT ON THE PAD OF THE EXCAVATOR. IT FLIPPED THE ROCK UPHILL TO WHERE EE WAS STANDING. THE ROCK KNOCKED EE TO THE GROUND AND LANDED ON BOTH OF HIS LEGS.
