EE STATES HIS SHOULDER POPPED AS HE WAS EMPTYING A 55 GALLON TRASH BARREL INTO A DUMPSTER. NO IMMEDIATE PAIN BUT THROUGHOUT THE DAY EE STARTED TO FEEL PAIN THEN NUMBNESS DOWN HIS ARM INTO HIS HAND AND FINGERS.
