SHE NOTIFIED THE PLANT MANAGER ABOUT IN ON MARCH 11, 1998 WHEN THE PAIN PROGRESSED TO HER RIGHT ARM AND HAND . SHE WENT TO THE ER THE NEXT DAY AND WAS ADVISED TO NOT LIFT OVER 20LBS FOR 5 DAYS AND TAKE ANTI-INFLAMATORIES.

THE INJURED EE WAS STRETCH WRAPPING A PALLET OF CAT LETTER. A CORNER OF THE PALLET WAS HANGING OVER THE EDGE OF THE TURNTABLE. AS THE PALLET CORNER CAME AROUND, THE CORNER OF THE PALLET PASSED OVER EE'S FOOT & PINCHED HIS FOOT BETWEEN THE PALLET & THE FLOOR & PULLED THE EE ABOUT FIVE FEET BEFORE HIS FOOT WAS RELEASED FROM THE PALLET.
