Cleaning bathroom bumped finger on counter and tore nail off right ring finger. Needed tetanus shot.

While working on the center pin on the left side ""Z"" bar of the Caterpillar front end loader the ""Z"" bar dropped and amputated the employee's left index finger at the first knuckle. Employee failed to properly secure the ""Z"" bar prior to working on it.
