Outside trucker attempted to adjust the brakes on a dump truck. They failed to secure the vehicle. The truck moved forward while the trucker was in between the tandem wheels and ran them over.
Employee felt pain in right shoulder after moving pipeline floats. Did not report injury until 11/5/2024. Evaluated by MD on 11/08/2024.
Changing out frame on belt, the frame slipped. Employee went to grab the frame and sustained a laceration to right hand

Guard fell over on mason stocker and the corner of it struck his forehead.
Pulling plywood off of belt after putting new clips on, he felt pain in his left shoulder.
He dropped a railroad tie to the ground, it flipped up a shovel that him in the forehead requiring 9 sutures.
Climbing dredge ladder, hit top of left foot on next step up.
