EE was in process of cleaning up job site from winter maintenance. Placing pieces of angle iron when left thumb came in contact with a steel burr on the angle iron. Thumb laceration.

Employee was transferring 55-gal drums from dredge to the boat. They fell on top of the barrel cutting their face, requiring stitches and injured their leg

Removing coupler from motor shaft with an impact gun, put wrench on with impact gun & when the bolt broke loose the wrench spun around hitting EE's hand causing lacerations.

EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UNDER SCALES USING POWER WASHER. LAID DOWN WAND TO USE SHOVEL AND PICKED UP WAND ON POWER WASHER WITH RIGHT HAND. FINGERS HIT TRIGGER CAUSING WAND TO GO OUT OF CONTROL. TRIED TO GRAB WAND WITH LEFT HAND AND SPRAY FROM WAND HIT LEFT HAND INDEX FINGER CAUSING CUT AND FRACTURE OF INDEX FINGER.
