Over-exertion in lifting objects
On 02/26/12 the employee brought it to the supervisor's attention that his back was hurting for shoveling the day before. The employee explained that he had previously been diagnosed with a back condition and that it had been aggravated by shoveling and carrying buckets the previous day.
