Employee smashed his left ring finger while changing a screen on the screening plant. He received medical attention and returned immediately to work with no restrictions.

While installing a guard on the screening plant, EE was walking around plant and in an effort to avoid a water puddle he stepped on a rock which shifted causing EE to twist his right knee.
