Struck by flying object
The employee was removing a pump when the securing chain slipped and made contact with their hard hat. The employee reported no injury and continued working. As a precaution, they later sought medical evaluation. No treatment or medication was required or prescribed. The employee subsequently took scheduled days off during a planned production gap.
