GDN Enterprises, Inc · Accident type, without injuries

EE supervisor left the mine/road bldg site @ 2:30pm 8-31-04 after an hour of fire watch and servicing cut 231 dlc. the next moving on his way to machine he found the cat 231dlc burned out. ee contacted other ee and another ee contacted 911 & an fire inspector on the details of the fire. they seemed it mechanical accident.
