I NAME WAS FUEL3NG THE AUGER MACHINE AT THE END OF THE SHIFT. AND THE OPERATOR LOWERED THE MACHINE TO SET MARKS. I NAME HAD HIS RIGHT FOOT UNDER THE AUGER MACHINE WHEN IT3WAS LOWERED. PINNING HIS FOOT UNDER THE MACHINE. THE FIRST AND THRD TOES ON HIS RIGHT FOOT WERE SMASHED. AND THE SECOND TOE WAS AMPUTATED HIS RIGHT FOOT WAS BRUISED AND LACERAT
