EE WAS USING 4"" GRINDER TO GRIND SLAG FROM STEEL. SHIELDS WERE IN PLACE AND EE WAS WEARING FACE SHIELD. SLAG BOUNCED OFF AND WENT UNDER SHIELD AND ENTERED LT. EYE.
