While removing weeds in pit EE came into contact with poison ivy causing a rash on hands.

While filling small water pump with gas, gas ignited burning employee's hand.

While standing on step ladder fueling a tank. Step broke causing ee to land on his feet (hard) on the ground, injuring knee.

EE TRIPPED AND FELL OVER A HOSE, LANDING ON CATWALK, RESULTING IN A SCRAPED LEFT KNEE AND ARM. THE CATWALK WAS FOR THE TELSMITH WASH PLANT.
