A toggle spring malfunctioned during maintenance and came off. Miner's pinkie finger was broken and stitches were required on ring finger.

Employee was on the framerail of the crusher, 5'8" above the ground with the ladder handrails as support. He fell onto his side, broke his pelvis and hip socket and hairline fracture of arm.
