EE was climbing down a ladder while holding jacket and water bottle and fell off the ladder. EE did not have 3 points of contact on the ladder as EE began climbing down. EE reached for the ladder with hand that was holding the jacket, couldn't grasp the ladder, and fell from the ladder.
