The piece of rock he had just split fell to the side. While attempting to upright the stone to continue splitting, he strained his lower back. (He was wearing back support.)

Heritage Rock LLC · Struck against stationary object

Started to enter building at quarry for safety meeting (door swings out). Wind caught door, pushed him into railing, causing contusion to chest and left ribs. He stayed on his feet, did not say anything, just motioned to area hit. No blood, no laceration. After safety meeting he told production manager, area still painful. Drove himself to doctor.
