EE WAS GRINDING A PIECE OF METAL WITH A HAND GRINDER, WHEN IT SLIPPED AND STUCK HIS LEFT WRIST CAUSING A LACERATION.

HE ADVISED ME HE TOOK THE MATE RIAL HOME WITH HIM, AND AS HE WAS UNLOADING IT FROM HIS TRUCK A GUST OF WIND BLEW MORE MATERIAL INTO HIS EYE. IT WAS AT THAT TIME HE DECIDED TO SEEK MEDICAL HELP.

EE WAS DRIVING HIS 180 INTERNATIONAL PAYHAULER REAR DUMP TRUCK FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE QUARRY TO THE CRUSHER AT THE TOP, ABOUT THREE QUARTERS OF THE WAY UP THE RAMP, THE 180 LOST POWER AND EE T RIED TO STEER THE VEHICLE INTO THE WALL TO STOP IT. IT WAS AT THIS TIME THE 180 TURNED OVER ON ITS SIDE.
EE WAS WORKING ON A MICH 1 75-B FRONT END LOADER SLIPPED & FELL TO THE GROUND FROM THE SIDE OF THE LOADER
EMPLOYEE WAS JUMPING OFF THE CAB STEP OF HIS MACK TRUCK R MODEL REAR DUMP STOCK TRUCK. HE SAID WHEN HE LANDED ON THE GROUND HE FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT LOWER LEG.
