EE WAS DESCENDING THE CAT DOZER IN A SAFE MANNER. ACCORDING TO THE WITNESS, HE SLIPPED PRIOR TO PUTTING HIS FOOT ON THE LAST FOOT PAD ON THE PUSH ARM AND FELL BETWEEN THE TRACK FRAME AND PUSH ARM AND STRUCK HIS RT SIDE ON THE TRACKS, CAUSING INJURY TO RT ARM AND RIBS. EE WORE BOOTS.
