HE STEPPED UP ON THE PASSENGER SIDE STEP OF TRUCK WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO GET DOWN THE FUEL TANK STRAP BROKE WHI CH ALSO SECURES THE STEP. HIS KNEES STRUCK THE NEXT STEP ABOVE CAUSING HIM TO LAND ON HIS HEELS WHICH JARRED HIS BACK AND NECK. HE WAS HOLDING ONTO THE HANDRAIL WITH HIS LEFT HAND BUT COULD N
