IT WAS FOUND A 4" SEAMLESS TUBE(1" WALL THICKNESS) WAS BENT SPRINGING BUCKET. AS EE CUT TUBE IN HALF ON ONE SIDE, HE GOT ON OTHER SIDE & CUT CLEAN THROUGH. TUBE SPRANG BACK 6-8" HITTING EE ON LEFT RIB CAGE
WHILE ON DECK LEVEL OF DREDGE, WAS LIFTING 50# SPOOL OF ROPE INTO RACK. WAS WEARING GLOVES AS HE WAS REACHING WITH SPOOL, SLEAVE GOT CAUGHT ON BRACKET. SPOOL SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND AND PINCHED RIGHT THUMB BETWEEN BRACKET & PIPE HOLDISPOOL
