Trying to lift a large rock, was too heavy, was straining to lift, rock slipped and hurt thighs

MOVING ROCK, ROCK LANDED ON RIGHT RING FINGER

Hitting stone with hammer, hit Left thumb (fracture)

Bending over to pick up a stone, pulled back.

moving a wooden pallet, got splinter in left middle finger-

Washing floor at end of day, foot caught in hose and fell landing on shoulder.

Cut right forearm on piece of stone. Required sutures, no lost time.

Loading stone onto cutter, hand hit one of the teeth on cutter. Small laceration (required no sutures) but thought hand may possibly be broken, was not.

Employee loading stone onto cutting machine, slipped and hit right thumb on both that holds teeth to the cutting machine. Required 7 stitches

Employee was pushing a rock on the rollers and it jammed their right index finger.

Rock slipped from hand, cut left thumb. Needed 8 stitches
