EE WAS REMOVING BOLTS FROM A WHEEL CRUSHER USING AN IMPACT WRENCH AND A HAND WRENCH. THE HAND WRENCH SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND THE CAGE WHEEL.
