Slipped on ice - hit head, wearing harness - may have struck neck or back. Complained of not feeling well, possible concussion, ambulance took to Pottsville hospital.

Lacerated middle finger of left hand when slid against sharp object requiring stitches

Contractor was grinding metal stands off of the wheel assembly of a conveyor they were constructing. The contractor momentarily lost control of the grinder and cut his left index finger. The contractor was not wearing his leather gloves at the time of the incident.
