Fall to the walkway or working surface
EE was helping to load cord with the licensed blaster and crew. EE was squatting down to do this. EE stood up, heard and felt three popping noises in right knee and fell to the ground. EE did not seek medical attention until 6/17/19 and was not diagnosed until 6/25/19.
