Fall from machine

The injured person was exiting his John Henry drill facing forward. As he stepped out he hooked his right foot and fell approx. 18 inches onto the drill track. He was taken by ambulance for evaluation. He was evaluated to have bruised ribs, was given a prescription pain medication and released.
