Driver and injured employee were removing a small amount of material from a dump truck to obtain a legal weight. The tailgate pinched the injured employee's finger.

Stepped onto a large rock while exiting the excavator. Rock gave way and employee fell forward. Used hands to break fall causing injury to both hands and wrists.
