Employee was released to return to work after being treated for an existing heart condition. EE was assigned to operate a D9T dozer. The foreman accompanied employee to the work area, checked the area & reviewed the assignment with EE. EE was found unresponsive in the cab of the dozer the next morning & the 911 call was made.
