Employee was operating a DeWalt 4 1/2"" grinder when it hit something and bounced back and caught EE's left index finger. ER report states ""X-ray did not show any evidence of bone injury. EE did sustain a partial tendon laceration.""

Employee was cleaning the tailgate area of his dump trailer when his second and third finger of his right hand got caught resulting in two fractured fingers.

The tailgate of the truck did not latch. Driver lifted the tailgate by hand when it slipped and caught his finger. This resulted in an open fracture of the fourth finger on his left hand.
