THE INJURED TRUCK OPERATOR WAS IN THE PROCESSOF BACKING TO DUMP HIS LOAD (BLASTED ROCK) OVER THE STOCK PILE, WHEN THE STOCKPILE DUMPING AREA GAVE WAY CAUSING THE TRUCK TO SLIP DOWN THE BANK AN D FLIPPED OVER POSSIBLY DUE TO HEAVY RAINS. THE INJURED DRIVER JUMPED FREE OF THE TRUCK CAUSINGA FACTURE OF THE RIGHT ANKLE.
