Tripped over a hose causing miner to fall on pallet of conveyor rollers hitting their ribs and forehead inside the stone building adjacent to the maintenance building.

Shoveling gravel while back filing and the twisting motion caused EE's back to pop.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Miner was placing scrap in recently emptied dumpster while wearing hand protection when EE smashed their right thumb. EE's fingernail became loose and EE's thumb looked split.

Blasted rock was ejected from the blast. 3 buildings and 8 vehicles were hit. Another vehicle with 2 occupants was also hit. They were taken to hospital. injured #1 was released that day. The other was released the next day.
