LOWBED DRIVER WAS PREPARING TO LEAVE PREMISIS. HE LIFTED LOWBED DECK WITH GOOSNECK, WHEN BRAKE SECURING LIFT DECK FAILED & SHIFTED & FELL DOWN. EE COULD NOT MOVE HIS FOOT COMPLETLY OUT OF THE WAY. DECK OF LOWBED FELL ON EE'S RIGHT FOOT BREAKING HIS BIG TOE.
