CUSTOMER over-the-road truck driver was removing bungee cords on his own truck tarp when the cord snapped and one end hit him in the head causing laceration that required stitches.

Field Service Technician had air hose running from truck to excavator. When walking back to his truck, he tripped over air hose and caught himself on the excavator's track. This resulted in the technican fracturing his right wrist.
