Miner was stacking stone and pinched his right pinky finger between two stones. His finger was cut.

While stacking stone a slight pain came up in his lower right back. Employee determined himself it was not a serious injury and he continued his shift and the remainder of the week. He went to his personal physician while off on Easter break. His personal physician recommended he have some medical tests run. Notified office 4/9/2012.
