Employee was pulling on a hydraulic hose to remove it from drill. Pulled left pectoral muscle.

Employee was climbing into the bed of an articulated vehicle and slipped and fell.

While stepping off the bed of employee's truck, employee stepped on a rock rolling the ankle.

EE was changing a bucket and putting a hammer on. EE was using a sledge hammer to knock the pins in, when a piece of the pin chipped and went into EE's first finger on their left hand.

Walking toward the truck, tripped and fell onto a sharp rock, laceration to left elbow

Employee was using a grease gun when the hose blew and grease got into EE's left thumb.

Truck lost all air pressure and was hung in neutral. EE came from top of the hill with no brakes, hit a berm then hit a tree to get stopped.

Employee stepped off the screen machine onto a rock and rolled ankle.

Employee was straightening belts on crusher pulley. Employee's left hand got caught between pulley and belt lines.
