K & S Sand and Gravel LLC · Struck by flying object

they were changing belt on feeder bin and needed to raise head pulley so frame could be pulled out. They put pry bars under the head pulley and used the loader to push down on the bar. The bar broke loose and hit EE's arm. They finished putting the belt on, and EE worked the rest of the day thinking that they had just bruised the arm, when they had actually fractured it.
