Palo Alto Silica Sand Inc · Caught in, under or between (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was attempting to apply tension to drive chain of dryer kiln with metal pipe. Both hands were grasping pipe when left hand slipped off causing right hand to lunge forward catching index & middle finger between chains & sprocket. Middle of index & distal of middle finger injured.
