Haul truck driver was hauling material to the asphalt plant, on EE's return to get another load there were two customer trucks blocking the haul road. EE parked EE's haul truck and asked the two drivers to move and not block the road. Another customer truck struck EE, knocking EE to the ground, resulting a laceration to EE's left arm and a head injury.

Removing a bracket that had a handrail attached to it, sitting the bracket on the ground and the handrail struck the EE teeth.
